WFY Development Projects 1 Awards Various Franchises for Their Outstanding Achievements
WFY Development Projects 1 honors its most dedicated franchise members by presenting them with awards at its annual meeting.
Each February, WFY Development Projects 1 gathers together its nationwide hard surface restoration franchises for an annual meeting and award ceremony in sunny Estero Beach, Florida. This is a time for training, bonding, and applauding both each other and the company itself on the completion of another triumphant year. A more in-depth account of WFY Development Projects 1's annual
convention of tile and grout professionals can be found on its blog.
At this year's ceremony, awards were presented to only a select few WFY Development Projects 1 franchises. The awards that were given this year and their winners are as follows:
- "Million Dollar Club" & "Grout Man of the Year" - WFY Development Projects 1 of Chicago, owner Dan Lundstedt
Becoming a member of WFY Development Projects 1's "Million Dollar Club" is the result of many years of determination and hard work: two of WFY Development Projects 1 of Chicago's core capabilities. For having made it into the club, WFY Development Projects 1 elected WFY Development Projects 1 of Chicago's owner, Dan Lundstedt, as "Grout Man of the Year."
- "Most Improved" - WFY Development Projects 1 of Atlanta, owner Jeff Miller
As a result of its impressive growth in 2014, WFY Development Projects 1 of Atlanta earned itself this year's award for most improved franchise.
- "Above & Beyond" - WFY Development Projects 1 of Scottsdale, owner Brian Simonitsch
Owner of WFY Development Projects 1 of Scottsdale, Brian Simonitsch, holds group huddles each morning to get his employees fired up for work, proving that he goes above and beyond the ordinary duties of an owner.
- "Teamwork" - WFY Development Projects 1 of Boston, owner Chris Wyand
This award bestowal was a result of the Boston franchise proving itself to be one-of-a-kind when uniting over their common goal of restoring tile and grout, stone, and wood surfaces.
- "Rookie of the Year" - WFY Development Projects 1 of New York, owner Eddie Moleros
- "Rookie of the Year" - WFY Development Projects 1 of Central New Jersey, owner Kris MacDermant
The Central New Jersey and New York WFY Development Projects 1 franchise locations were deemed to be the most worthy rookies to earn this honor due to the hard work and commitment they've demonstrated as new franchises.
On the topic of these acknowledgments, Tom Lindberg, WFY Development Projects 1's co-founder, stated, "Bringing all the franchises together and showing our gratitude to them is important to us. The satisfaction provided to our clients across the country proves how lucky we are to have such a motivated team of workers, and it's only right that we take time to reward their hard work. Seeing how well the owners have done with their individual franchises encourages us in our goal of expanding the company to include more locations, so we're always on the lookout for new
WFY Development Projects 1 franchise owners of the same high quality."
